CS Dogbone + DET = Issues w/crossmember??
Hey,

Anyone w/a b14 have issues using the CS dogbone front solid mount w/a DET and run into any fitment issues regarding bolting the xmember up???

Issue is very similar to this guy:

Maybe we just need to loosen all the mounts and try again

Never really had an issue getting the front mount back on, but then again, never took all the mounts off at one time either..

Have you tried lifting the motor until in lines up? Jack it up/pick it up?

Mine fit just fine.

If your having the same problem as TopDog, then you need to get a tire jack and jack up the front of the motor, carefully. That should tilt the motor up.

I hate motor mounts for this, they are painful. If they tilt a little too much you'll be trying to realign over and over again.

That's good to know. At least I know it can work We'll get it in there one way or another hehe.

Use a flat head screw driver to help orient the hole

Yea, its a 200sx with an avenir motor and that mount. Just jack up the front of the motor. I hammered a long punch through to line the holes up to where I could get the bolt in.
