enthalpy ecu tuned for z32 mafs ? that should be 5in and 2out correct on the safc right ? anyone else think so ?

he told me 5 in 5 out as it's a gtir ecu tuned so you just match it to whatever the ecu is. it would be 5in 2out if it wasn't tuned for it.

well you are using a z32 mafs computer and gtir mafs, so you should be using two different numbers on the safc

not if the ecu is tuned for that maf.. it would basically mean the z32 is taking the place of the stock maf, so would be 5 and 5.

i tried 5 and 2 and same thing.

na gtir ecu tuned for a z32 maf. Everything is the same as when it came out running except a different maf, still z32 though, and different injectors, fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump. and the motor has 0 miles on it.

My car used to do this I had split insulation on the wires at the connector. Unplug the car it runs super rich but idled ok. Plug it in while the car is idling the rpms shoot up then the car dies...check it...

hmm mine does real similar but rpms will shoot up not just rise to 5k then the car dies.. Now it is doing it with the maf plugged in aswell. I have checked everything
No vacuum leaks, spark on all cylinders, fuel on all cylinders, I can unplug a plug cable or injector on 2 cylinders, doesn't matter which 2 and teh car runs the same. Timing is on with cams and ignition. and wideband shows lean.. never rich

so how did you fix that? just re-insulate the signal and ground or what?
