To me it sounds like the gasket is just bleeding off compression into the coolant jacket.. and it probably seels fine under no or low boost, but high boost it just can't seal.. idk just and suggestion?

Exactly what was happening. No oil in coolant, no coolant in oil. We retorqued everything down last night so we'll find out what's up today after a couple of pulls in boost.

Let us know the outcome of this. I am very curious to see what's up with your problem.
I never retorqued the studs on mine, but just torqued them to the full spec. I thought the studs would rip the threads out of the block. Serious torque for aluminum. Scary.
BEAST! Absolutely solid now. No temps over 180F unless constantly playing in boost, which raises them to around 195F. Tuned to around 11.4-11.5 WOT for safety since theyre likely to change a bit over the summer months. 18psi is nuts now. Gonna have fun at the dyno day

Thanks Rob, I'm glad too I was DAMN near 100% tempted to pull the motor and throw in a VE and just part out the motor. That way I'd have a simple N/A car to drive around while I work on Project Maxx.
