exactly when you get to the point when you have soo much hp that traction is impossible for your setup then its pointless. I think its more the tracks over there are not near as good as here in the states and as well prepped. When you have literally the first 330 ft of the track prepped with vht, traction problems tend to go down. Then it gets to the point your breaking stuff because of too much traction. hahaha

ehhh not really. A lot of the Honda guys are doing it with less. You need low 800/high 700 to usually run 9's.

This is not always true there is some running 9s with 550 whp to low 600s depending on weight. Its is also driver and traction.

I would like to see what that car runs at E-town. The tracks over there seem like crap but then again I may be wrong. Definately a serious setup.

Ashton is right, that track is just an ex WW2 runway converted for drag use...most tracks in Europe are. If he took that car to a well known track in the US, or even santa pod here in the UK it would be good to see what his times would be.
