Yep still running this. Had a few issues here and there. Bottomed out on a chunk of ice a while ago and bent the motor and it wouldn't move. I was able to just hercules it straight and it worked fine again. One other thing is if you get a cutout that has a wire, make sure its a good distance from the cutout. Mine ran right behind the butterfly valve and I ended up melting the wires from the exhaust. I got stuck driving home from e-town like that and it sucked! The undercoating stuff on the bottom of the car started to burn off and it smelled like cat pee

Does anybody have a video of a boost actuated cutout on their car? I'd like to hear what it would sound like.

I had a Badlanz cutout and had nothing but problems with it stripping gears using there electronic control (knows how long to open and close). They kept replacing them but I just went open downpipe all the time (and eventually side exit dump pipe out the front bumper).

Wow that sucks! I wonder why mine hasn't striped any gears yet, I have had it for years, maybe the controller? I just have a switch, hold it 3 seconds open and hold it 3 to close.

yah dont hold it for too long, if anything just tap tap tap so its not a continuous amoutn of torque on the gears.
