lol

I'm going to be running a 4 puck unsprung clutch, without a front mount. Solid rear and side mounts ftw.

The stock front mount is kind of useless, but a good mount up front can be pretty helpful. The engine's natural tendency is to rotate toward the firewall under heavy torque. Using a solid mount (no bushing) like the turbotime dogbone locks the motor in place and doesn't allow that to happen.

Which is the better mount for turbo fitment? Turbotime or CS? The turbotime is a lot cheaper.

Also, Swiss, glad you're here. Supposedly you are the owner of this compressor outlet pipe?

I am not running a front motor mount on my set up. I am however running place racing mounts.

Actually I have! And then my moms Altima's tranny broke! I used to steal that car all teh time when I was like 10 and give it hell

Anyway I would never run without the front mount if I was making any kind of power. The Turbo time is the cheapest. But the custom steel is the best kinda since it replaces the whole thing. But with the turbotime mount and grinding down the front bracket you can get about the same space. I have the turbo time mount.

Yup I agree with you, car with any power should have it. My NA motor technically ran without a front mount, it was so busted that when I reved the engine you could see it move up inside the mount. Other then that the car ran just fine.

After I went turbo, I already had CS mount, but with a stock bushing inside and stock side mounts and prothane rear mount. Wheel hop like crazy, it would throw the car into the opposite lane. After I installed prothane bushing into the front and switched out the side mounts with prothanes no wheel hop.

Now I'll be playing with Prothane front and prothane rear with stock side mounts. Well see how it does in the wheel hop department.

With this wastegate:
