If you are going VE headgasket try to get teh VET headgasket. Also you have the option of Cometic.

Any idea what the difference would be between the GSpec VVL HG and a VET HG? Cause I saw one on some forum from Trinidad (did a search on SR20VET Head Gasket), and the guy wants $700 for it. That seems a little ridiculous... And the Gspec one is $75, and saw another at $125.

So.. Which one?

Greg sells the VET gasket only as far as I know (it is the multi-layered steel one as apposed to the paper VE one) because it's the only one worth using and the prices aren't much different. The $75 one from Greg should be the VET one and should be the correct one. He's had them on back order in the past, so that might be an obstacle.

LOL @ $700 gasket.

DE bottom has a girdle VE doesn't. I would use a de block with VE oil pump. Use a VET metal headgasket. Golden Eagle B16 Honda headstuds. Cosworth gasket is not for VE. I had one and it looked to be made by Cometic, looks identical.
