K here is a pic of the nipple which is in the blue area, just to give you an idea of where its at the red circle is the tps. Also I know that the nipple in the green area is leaking air as well but I haven't found a way to cap it off. Someone please tell me what to do with the nipple in the blue area and what it is.

Go get a vacuum blockoff kit from advance or whatever. Vacuum nipples... Then zip tie it tight so it doesn't fly off in boost. Use hairspray on the green vacuum line and a smaller worm clamp. You could also use some silicone (grey or black stuff) and coat the nipple before putting on the hose.

Oh yeah I forgot about the hairspray . Thanks tekkie, so is that nipple the cause of my boost leak issues?

If you're pressure testing and air is coming out, then yes! Any time you have a vacuum line nipple exposed, it should be dealt with. That little hole makes ALL the difference on a maf based setup.

K. I will go get some of the vacuum block offs, I saw those the other day. I also got to get some Tbolt clamps because this crappy hose clamps just aren't cutting it. I will get those and pressure test it again 2 morro. Do I do anything to the throttle body or just leave it closed? Isn't the throttle body open when your boosting?

just leave it and I have watched hose clamps hold 30psi

leave the throttle body closed? I had 3 of the hose clamps snap on me and strip on the same coupler, so im getting a couple tbolt clamps2 fix that one. Also coupler keeps poping off but I think that is due to the boost spiking from 12-17psi really quick.

leave it closed when i do it i hook it up to the turbo and run it through the whole system. The hose clamps arent good but they can work for the time being.

Yeah they are working, its just that one on the intercooler piping that keeps snapping on me. I was just worried about bending the throttle body butterfly. Also I wasn;t sure that if I left the throttle body closed if it would test everything past the throttle body like injectors seals and intake seals.

K so finally got everything situated and seems the bov is leaking at about 10 psi and at 15 psi it blows all air out completely. I wasn't suppose to unhook any of the lines from the bov right?
