just measured on my buddies nx

32" to the radiator support, 30" to the front of the radiator

Yeah it does have more room as serban stated.

Only thing is with the support design it would make putting flexalites and some other fans hard to put on the other side of the radiator. But if you have clearance in front you can put them in front,

My Sentra bay was 30" to the radiator support.

I am just saying it may not fit. I am not certain of course without having their manifold to test fit. The bays are very similar, but the nx has the thicker radiator. Also most people will be running koyo radiators which are quite a bit thicker than stock so i think it may have clearance issues judging by thier pictures of the turbo they have mounted on their manifold. You will most likely have to mount your fans in the pusher config.

I could be wrong but without seeing one of their manifolds mounted in an nx with a radiator its hard to judge. It doesnt look like they have the radiator set up in the car they have pics of so its hard to judge either way.

Serban does bring up some interesting points. There is one difference i am sure on. The front radiator core support on the nx is not as tall as the b13's so you cant mount the stock radiator underneith it.

B13/B14 are 30" to the core support with the radiator tucked under. So with the NX being total of 32" to the core support and 30" the radiator, its about the same as the B13/B14.

Pretty sure any of these SR's engine cooling will be fine with a dual core half size radiator.

I'm just sceptical about this. The NX doesn't let air flow to the radiator well when you stuff a intercooler in the only opening the NX has for cooling. We've had problems for years on this. I've gone to a bigger radiator (bigger than the NX's dual core radiator) just because of his. You can stuff one fan in front of the radiator I dunno about two. Although it may have been done already on an NX

Octave, I get the feeling mazworx is forgetting we're a road racing community for the most part and isn't exactly sure where you're coming from. Your radiator worries (and mine, and others) are those of a road racer, and their assurances are those of a drag racer (of which we have plenty here as well). That's what I see going on anyway. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Let the guys finish their product before we jump to conclusions. Last i seen it was only mocked up. As they move on they will correct any problems they come across. If this one doesn't work i'm sure they will figure out another one. At least they're trying to do something for the FWD crowd. This is not as easy as it looks, we barely have enough room for the stock setup as it is. Let the guys do their thing if you like it and can afford it buy it, if not you can make your own or buy something cheap and hack it and your car up to make it fit. I rather wait to see what they come up with though .

I'm sure Mazworx can take our constructive criticism good or bad.

It is much better to have everyone bring up their concerns instead of just "letting them build it" and coming out with an inferior product that doesn't sell as good as it can. Why else would Mazworx be on the forum even trying to spread interest.

Allot of people have brought up some great points about things, and if it can possibly prevent trouble in the design process then I say who cares. Stop cluttering up with posts saying the post above you was mean or insulting no one here is trying to discredit what they do.
