The ATP bracket does indeed work. I also had to get an ATP wastegate with an extension rod.

I didn't have to shave anything.

Back from the dead. Still confused

ATP Bracket:

Wastegate Bracket - SR20/GT28RS : atpturbo.com

Universal Bracket???? Will this work? Better?

OK, now which wastegates work w/the bracket and fit no problem? Only straight ones? Any of the straight ones?

I know this one isn't straight, but it even says for GT2871R?
Internal Wastegate Actuator - Special 7 psi : atpturbo.com

This one is straight, but it's only 6 psi :
Wastegate Actuator 6 PSI : atpturbo.com

This one is 12 psi, but not straight:
Wastegate Actuator, High Pressure, 12-14 PSI, upgrade for GT28R : atpturbo.com

11 psi, straight:
Wastegate Actuator 11PSI, 2 Bolt Bracket Style : atpturbo.com

Also, is there any fitment differences between the GT28RS and GT2871R?

Lastly, do you guys think this turbine housing would fit on our cars w/out many issues? It's a T25 housing that you can put a tial 44mm external wastegate on.

Thanks!

The wastegate would not bolt on. It would 100% hit the block, IMO.

Anyone know where I can get AN specs? I took a micrometer to the holes, to see how big they were, but I cant find any AN specs anywhere....

Does 1/2" sound reasonable for the coolant in/out fittings?

just a FYI, you can find measurements for Garrett turbos on their catalog.
here are the specs for the GT2860RS iirc, the CHRA coolant ports are M14X1.5 for all the medium frame GT turbos.
