where can I get a turbo kit???
Hey guys still new at this forum, Im about to get a 92 NX2000 but its auto. and I'm swap it with a SR20VE and I would like to know where I can get a Turbo kit. I looking at getting 250whp no more and no less. I wanna have dat egg hold turns at higher speed. thanks ppl.

you can make 250whp on a N/A VE .....with the write work

yeah, I know i can but really I dont wanna throw to much money down on it jst about 5k on it. I had a 91 sentra SE-R and drop mad money on dat car. and in da end I totaled it going to west Virginia. damn turn. but yeah man. and plus if i want 250 to da wheel with a turbo dats alot of bread man. unless u tell me how i can do it shyt ill do it.

I could be wrong, but I don't believe us FWD SR20 guys have turbo "kits" available to us anymore.

There are no turbos for the SR20.

damn man, so how do some ppl get there hands on turbo kits for a de and ve? fiddle sticks. lol. I had high hopes on getting a turbo kit for my Egg.

We either swap in turbo motors (SR20DET) or we piece together our own turbocharger systems ourselves. Everything in a "kit" we find and buy ourselves from different sources. Then we do the tuning required.

I could be wrong, but you want to spend roughly $5,000 on it... I think thats plenty for a good/reliable VE build. Theres alot of different opinions on Turbo's and NA builds. Personally, and I think most people on here will agree... NA builds are more reliable than forced induction. Having a turbo car takes alot more maintenance than an NA build.

You buy the parts here on the forum, and put it together yourself.
