i wont chaps, i'll keep you all updated

i cant believe the irony of this, my local nissan dealer had a "fast system" update, the factory sent them all the discs, I.E the USDM disc, UKDM disc etc etc but didnt send the JDM disc!! how does that work

waiting for my bits form them and the motor is going in

Will you have any issues with the pulsar head studs being to long with the VVL head

not too sure on that one yet, maybe someone else will clear this one up...miko? are the head dimensions not the same? obviously im using my 54C block so there will be enough thread in the block to screw into.

I tried to use ARP head studs made for a regular SR20DE once when I put a Pulsar head on a SR20DE bottom end for a customer and the studs were to short. (not enough thread to put the washer and nut). I ended up using the stock SR20DE head bolts. Measure the distance from the bottom of the head to where the washer sits to see if there is any difference.

Hey all the fast discs, are on my site. Also AWSOME BUILD!!

my VVL solenoid feed hose came today

-6 braided hose (teflon)
2x JIC hose ends
2x JIC to 1/8" BSP adaptors
1x 1/8" BSP T piece




getting the head drilled and tapped next weekend hopefully

this is an amazing build i was just doing some research on gtir block ve head and came across this. very good info, dont let this die out ill keep watching.. btw i have a 98 nissan 200sx se-r (b14) with a gti-r sr20det and am intrested in a ve head swap my self.
