Sorry by actual compression i mean dynamic.

here is a good link that explains it

Dynamic CR

if you cant be stuffed reading. here is the important bit;

Dynamic Compression Ratio, on the other hand, uses the position of the piston at intake valve closing rather than BDC of the crank stroke to determine the sweep volume of the cylinder.

So on a ve+t set up you effectivly have 2 dynamic compression calculations that remain constant. low cams and high cams

This gives you more tunablity in regards to detonation as you can change the actual running cr at the rpm you choose.

Some updates on tusday .. some things has change ... now 12,5 cr this is the final motor.
I should be done in 2 weeks then to the dyno.

The very same old hybrid I did for the rr sr20.. holset hx 40 comp housing s362 bw wheels garrett 1,15 t3 ts turbine housing.
