Jen,

If you haven't figured this out yet, Vadim is a perfectionist

When dealing sensitive parts like the MAF, you have to make sure you follow the rules. I'm going to fire up the car and measure my volts, I bet it will get better then 1.10v that it was getting before.

Jenny, my front mount kit is already made like this but it's only 2.25" pipe.

are you going to beed roll the pipes?

I have my N60 chopped with 2.5-3.0" couplers in the same spot you have yours going in. I also have an OEM maf adapter to go in with an unmodded MAF.

The BOV is actually in the bumper on the cold side. If I had it to do over I might put it on the hot side. Since its a DSM 1g which is actually a recirc and not a true BOV it might not work on the hot side. I've heard about failures when you mount this type on the hot side.

Mine is recirced with vacuum cleaner hose through the headlight area. I find that the car runs better like this with less backfire, hesitation etc.

Hey Ben, yup I basically did what you did. My BOV is in the fender at the moment. For now it will vent, but after I get all my bungs welded up I will recirculate

Well I just got the car running today and drove it. I am breaking in my new clutch and flywheel thus I cannot get a real "idea" of how it is. Ontop of that I'm only building 5-7 psi over 9psi.

Low end seems to be pretty good, the car felt very NA like and response NA, but mid range was a bit weakish, once again probably because of the boost leak.
