while trying to troubleshoot today i had one hand on the rad support and i reached to rev the engine at the throttle body and i got shocked pretty bad. i think that the spark is jumping but i dont see how.

But a problem like that is usually constant, not just under boost.
Agreed they usually cause misfire over the entire range. If you got shocked you have a short some where. I would start with the plug wires and injector harness.
