DE+T vs DET
This may be a dumb question but couldnt find teh answer i was looking for. I know the differences in the 2 motors but i want to know if you use the same turbo setup and all the same parts will a det make more power then the de+t?? Not sure if maybe the cams are a little different and flow a little better on the det or will everything mostly be the same?

DE+T will make more power because of higher compression.

The advantage of DET is more boost and more timing, sodium filled valves and cylinder oil squirters.

The disadvantage is less power if your not going to run as much boost, weaker low end, and worse gas mileage.

For real... Vadim you are far from gas mileage hunting now. Get a T28, some S4s and crank up the boost! =)

To add to the above:
DE+T will have marginally quicker spool up (if youre dealing with a T25 or GT28rs you wont really notice)
