building boost at idle
t25, de ecu ;/ stock everything at idle when i rev the motor i get my full 7psi of boost at around 4-5k, just wondering if anyone has a clue what would make me build boost without any load?

Um...you have the vacuum line for the boost gauge in the wrong place? Or the gauge itself is defective...

i have it T with fpr... if the gauge was bad why is it showing me vacuum/boost?

Thats not right, you sure your wastegate is connected to the piping?

It's normal to build a little boost if you give it wot in neutral. I don't know if I get full boost, I haven't sat around revving the crap out of my car though. It works on speed3's and speed proteges too.

Yes it is normal with a vagina turbo like a T25.

You will always build a little boost, i could hit 10lbs with my T25 free revving it at WOT. With my T04R forget it...... The truck, you can sit there and and WOT to its redline of whopping 2300rpm and wont get a 1lb of boost out if till it gets some load on it.
