Really strange happenings with the TPS & O2 sensor though... Thats something ive never seen before. Im gonna ask Calum if he ever seen it..

Don't just watch the AAC's readings, look down at the bottom of the NDS screen and watch it for "OFF" or "ON". You could even just turn the car to the ACC/ON position, and check the AAC for the off/on indication. When you depress the throttle, the AAC should go to off. Release and AAC should switch on.

Sorry for misleading you with my response.

I will definitely check the On/Off status at the bottom of the NDS screen as recommended.
My explaination was only describing items noticed while checking/testing TPS and Air Regulator last Thursday. I was only looking at the gauges at that point. Finding the strange event of the non-working O2 sensor, then later finding it working fine with the TPS disconnected...

BTW, I replaced the O2 sensor with a brand new one last Thursday. It wasnt the O2 sensor. Talking to Calum today, he has never experienced this event and believes its possibly a wiring or grounding issue. We are rechecking the bin file too.

Im willing to investigate all suggestions. This is soo weird... SR20 Idle problems are sooooo difficult to identify the root cause......

He NEEDS to get a damn Z32 MAF, or go back to a DE MAF for now. At least for testing purposes.

EDIT: And get rid of that AFPR.
