rebuilt and reboosted +PICS!!!
this is the old setupIn late autumn, my 92 se-r with a jdm bluebird det developed a loud knocking noise. it was a rod bearing. it sat for a while as i collected the money to rebuild. the replacement motors were all out of my price range, so i was forced to get creative. i had a g20 with a de with a bad head. we pulled the motor,(both of em) split both motors in half, and put the two good halves together. Of course we brought along the entire turbo kit so now i have the higher compression usdm block, and the better flowing turbo head. I did the jwt 8.5 to 9.5 comp program, a new 1.1 mm cometic headgasket, arp headstuds, jgy oil water lines, and i did drill the oil pan but hey im back boostin in a ****ing week!!!!!!!!!!!!:cool
