Thread: turbo build

i have a stock usdm sr20de i want to build a turbo for the car and dont know were to starts i wwould like to use the stock interenals and just need a turbo and intercoller e the best way to star my preoject

first need a manifold what is a good one that i can use on a budget build

amfs have one from a 300zx
other parts i can get

I'm gonna get in here early and preempt everyone who's gonna tell you to search. You'll want to read read read and then search search search to make sure you get all the stuff you need. I believe I have a spreadsheet of all the crap that went into my initial turbo project, where it came from and how much it cost. If you're interested I can email it to you. It's gonna take a lot more than you think, I'd wager, unless you're a veteran to turbo cars.
