well i run 15* base timing and use 91 octane that we have here in az, only on 9psi though, anything more than 9psi i will use 100 octane race gas we have at a pump here in my town. ive had too many bad experiences to take any more chances, haha, this is on a 9.5:1 motor btw

t3/t4 turbonetics
bb u12 with s14 pistons and s13 rods
jwt ecu
z32maf
72lb injectors
bc cams(264) and springs

am running 15 degrees on 91, it bogs on high rpms, in second gear, i runs good on 3rd.

last time i advance the timing to 19 degrees and ran 100, and it ran like a champ, now is this ok?
cause i blew up the head gasket in my last bb(stock), by advancing the timing, this happen to my friend twice.

now i got a tomei gasket with arp studs, but am still wondering if i should advance it, what should i do?
