I might take it to limiteless motorsport shop because im getting tired but im going to cap and rotor tomorrow every how often should they be changed

You can just look and see if they are corroded or worn usually. I think it's probably like every 15k-30k

If your gasket in the cap is going bad and moisture is getting in that can corrode things faster. It is worth checking at least
