Cam Engadget + Nitrous?
I am getting a set of N1's in the next week or so and I have a few questions. Hopefully you guys can lead me in the right direction.

Right now I am on a 100hp shot and Both my cams are engaging at 4700rpm. I start spraying at 4750-4800rpm. (it sounds like one VVl engadgment on steroids. :rofl The car loves it.

When i get my N1's I plan on having the cams engadge at 5300-5400rpm depending on what feels better when I am tuning the car. (wouldnt it be safe to run a 130-150shot at this rpm?)

Could I start spraying before the cam Engadget and hold it through to red line? I know that is alot of stress on the motor, however the guys running ve+t are flipping cams at 4000rpm and boosting through the cam switch.

I would like to keep my cam switch around 5300rpm so I can still gain have power n/a. (The car is my DD/weekend warrior and the very occasional 1/4 mile beast.)

So basically is it safe to be spraying throughout the cam switch?
If so, has anyone ever individually engaged the cams during nitrous?

My set up is
Stock VE
N1 cams
CAI
SSAC header
2.5inch exaust
Calum basic obd2
Wet nitrous system.
and yes i have a wideband.

I say spray the car around 4000 and hold on for the ride. The cam crossover and the nitrous engagement do not need to happen at the same time.

No just make sure the car is tuned correctly.

Not too much of a nitrous guy anymore. I played with it a bunch way back when.

Some of my dudes are still messing with nitrous. Many of them are on big shots using N1 cams. What I consider big is 100 to a 150.
