Thread: Florida folks!

Over the years, floridasr20s.com has become a place inhabited by ghosts of old members, tumbleweeds, and spammers. The forum is still up, but I figured I'd move into the 21st century, and start up a facebook group.

I just created the group a few minutes ago, and invited a handful of people from my friends list, so join up and populate the group!

I forgot that was started by you.I havent gone to that forum in a few years.Thought it was gone.
Hopefully the facebook site brings some people to the actual forum. It seems like the dash FB pages have a bunch of non forum members looking for spoonfed info,or to sell parts.
many arent on the forum,and wont join sadly.

The forum became too difficult to manage, life got in the way, and I couldn't keep up with the updates, security stuff, so I just kinda let it go. About a month ago I went in there and cleaned up over 1000 spam users and locked it down, no new registrations for now. Maybe until I have some time to do updates. But when I started it 12 years ago, it was a pretty happening place

Wow I remember the car photo section. One of my B13 was there from one of the first real meets. Ah good times.

Might be fun even though I no longer have and sr20 based vehicle. Good to see you're still kicking, Serban.

Roger, if I had some help with keeping the site in check, with updates, and getting rid of spammers, I'd gladly open it back up and send a mass email to everyone reminding them it's still around.
