Thread: Central Florida Stand Up!!!

Last nite turned out well. It was my first tme tracking my car so my et sucked but my trap speed was like 108mph which is like a 12 second car. Gonna practtice at lakeland and i will def be out next month.

My car was not as fast as I would like but it's nice not worrying about breaking the trans. 14.6 was my best for the night the car wheel spins lots and wheel hops in 2nd gear. I still need to shift to 4th in the 1/4 mile and that's revving to 8k.

Next time you should come out.

So let's get this going again. This Saturday 4-26-14 orl drag way is holding another street drags night. I want to get as many sr20 guys/gals out as possible. I'll be going for sure and I know of a few others coming out, post up if your planning to hit the track. We did this two months back and it was a good time so let's make this happen.

I'm not sure if any of you are going to the JDM beach event in Daytona but who ever planned it failed by planning it on the same weekend as the Jeep beach event. 2000 plus jeeps will be out on the beach, I used to own a lifted jeep and this event is awesome and has been happening for years. This JDM beach day looks like a scouting run for car thieves, so skip it and hit the track instead.

Up until last night I was gonna try to go,but my weekend plans changed so its not gonna happen this time. Hope you guys have a great night of runs without breaking stuff.

It's all good. Next month should be good I know of a few new turbo cars that will be hitting the road by then.
