best bet save up a little more and buy one from Miko. bought mine from him a few years ago and ive never been happier with any motor ive ever bought, and mind you its been turbo since put in the car. Atleast youll know youre buying a good motor
All our motors are from jdm engine zone, not all are the prettiest but they run well, meaning hard as shit. To each os own, there is nothing wrong with buying a cheap motor.

^Did you get it from the VA base? Did you call and talk to someone the first time around? The guy I buy motors from phone # is in my cell. I call him directly and he hands pick the cleanest by popping the VC.

I wish I had the money for a 20' or 40' container. I would just bring in a crap load of JDM stuff (not specifcally engines) and start selling.
Civil Engineering SUCKS!! Just for anyone looking at that as a career. And I work in water wastewater.
But the pay probably doesn't

First motor was from a sister company, full of sludge, second motor was from Nagano, they told me I could drive up to NoVA (Northern VA) and pick it up, but I didn't have a truck/time so I asked them to ship. It came from Nagano VA, with receipt saying Nagano with VA address.
I've cleaned the motor up since then, been running it for about a year now. Comp is lowish, 210psi, and power/mpg's are down for sure.

i'm no baller but i paid 1100 for my VE and its worth every penny. IMO there are some things u cant be cheap on but thats just me. if u get clean motors at those prices u should start selling them.
