I looked into that florida statute thing last night.... and in florida to consider a car a total loss the damage has to be equal to or greater than 80% the actual cash value of the car.... and my car fell into that catergory 96% BUT,,, that was before i gave them all the receipts for my stuff and when he gave me the new value of my car it was now at 77% so hopefully that will be good for me and they will have to give me my car and what it would of cost to fix it... wish me luck i will be talking to my lawyer today with their insurance and giving her this info i found.

Do you have the car in your possession? If it is at a tow yard get it out ASAP, or they may try and slap you with storage fees.

I'm just gonna take my ecu.... turbo and rims off the car, cause they keep fuckin with me... my lawyer talk to them and now they sayin they went back out there and did another estimate to get the total damage and the estimate went up...
