Thread: Florida Mega Meet: 8/1/2009

Ok everyone here is the most recent update to the meet. Over on Myspecv.com we are organizing a massive nissan car meet in orlando. We hope to have about 80+ cars out there, we have a pavillion that can handle up to 100 under it. So even if it rains we will be in good shape. We want to make this a massive success and hope to have all types of nissans at the meet. Even non-nissans are invited. But please make sure to have them pay if they want to eat.

The cost as of now is $10 per person to eat. What we are doing is a name tag type system where your SN and your Real name will be on a list if you paid to eat. Then when you arrive some of the wives/GF's will be checking you off the list, you get your tag and get to eat. This is alot easier then having everyone bring something and having too much of one thing and too little of another. I believe 3 people have access to the paypal account which the funds are being collected, each being a reputible member of the (myspecv.com) site.

Hope to see some of you there, I hope to have my B13 with me, but I may also bring my B15 if I can make arrangements.

TAMPA INFO:
We have about 4-6 spec-v's leaving from the tampa area, + a few from other forums. Im thinking that we will leave NO LATER then 9:10am Saturday 8/1/2009. That will give us ample time to drive out. I suspect its close to 2 hour drive or so. You have to go through Downtown Orlando, then across the top of it.

SOUTH FLORIDA INFO: (copied from other forum. ill be with the tampa crew)
People that are traveling up to mega meet and are further south then the west palm area should meet up at my house so we can all ride together. I am about 5-10 mins off of I95. Major cross roads are Lantana Rd and Military Rd. Some of you already know but it is just south of lantana make a right at Blue Pine Estates, then make your first left, you'll see my car. I guess a good meeting time would 9:30ish it takes about 2 1/2 hours to get to the meet...

I edited the first post with more info. Just to come its $5 and to eat its $10.... the $10 covers both entry and food.... We were talking to Majormods/98blkse (jeff from south FL) and he said he had to front alot of money last mega meet he held, so we are trying to even the costs out so it isnt too hard on the people that are organizing it.

Whats up with jeffs B16? I havent heard from him in a while

^ I think hes had it pretty much the same for a while now. Its boosted and all. I cant remember the PSI tho. Its running good though.
