damn to far for me if not i whould pick thesse up g/l

so its not carbon fiber?? i dont get it, i know the skin but is it lighter? is it metal with a wrap over it? i could have someone pick it up for me i justwant to know

Not steel!!!
FRP is Fiber Reinforced Plastic....basically a more flexable fibergass composite..It is very light like 11-12 pounds.
There is a thin layer of carbon bonded to the top.
Alot of CF parts are made like this.
Like I said I could care less about the CF.
I bought it for the weight.
If I cant get the white one I will just paint over the CF.

I dont want to say because I would not recommend them after my experience.I doubt they are even in business anymore.
The stuff fits good,but the fact is I ordered a white frp hood and trunk,and got a damaged CF trunk and a black hood.
The seller was not very willing to try to make it right.
After months of emails,etc.I just got a very small refund to get on with my life.

As I said,they can be painted white,but it is the point that I paid big $ and waited quite a while,just to get the wrong stuff.
