Is the throw out bearing collar fully seated on the sleeve?

I didn't install a new pilot bushing, there was no need to replace that part. TOB collar is seated properly, moves as it should.

Nothing trapped that I can spot. There's not really a lot going on there to get in the way?

When the clutch disc was in backwards, the transmission still wouldn't seat all the way. When I started staring at things closely that plate didn't look quite right, so I took off the pressure plate and that's when I found out it was backwards. I was hoping that flipping it around would have solved everything, but it didn't.
