Besides the axles? LOL. Honestly, looking back at it, its not that hard. The headache was finding parts and additional little information that I needed since there is SO much spread out on the forums and no one having a specific P10 chassis buildout, and some information being wrong or just "well this worked for me" was frustrating. A lot of people fab their own setups, which is great, but doesn't help the mechanically inclined people like myself (I can unbolt and bolt things up as good as everyone else, but ask me to fab something and I don't know what to do with my hands...). I'm like a lot of people that would rather just buy something off the shelf and bolt it on to work, sure it may be more expensive, but it just works.
Sourcing EVERYTHING you need up front will make it SO much easier, take your time, give yourself a weekend and some cold beer to sit and just work through it. Knowing the process now, I could probably get it done in a weekend pretty easily with a lift (its a PITA without, but doable with some great friends, pizza and beer).
Also I would plan to do a few key things while your in there, I posted them up on my 1st post, but wheel bearings is a big one, steering rack (I didn't look over mine until AFTER the trans was in the car, only to find it ripped pretty bad and leaking), test fit everything and don't "assume" things otherwise. Also alot of people just "deal" with little things, like not using the front motor mount for the car, I hate the idea of it, yes I know people can get away with not using it, but just makes me wince.
