Hydro clutch help
I am working on my girlfriends p11. The clutch will not disengage from the flywheel.

The car recently had the clutch replaced with a clutch, flywheel, pressure plate that came out of my b14 a few months ago. The entire set up worked great and was stored properly for the few months it was stored for. Everything checks out visually. The TOB was replaced with a new Koyo unit.

I have pulled the transmission to make sure things were good after I put everything in. It all looks good.

I recently went ahead and replaced the slave cylinder as well as the master cylinder. The master was bench bled and the system has been bled to hell and back.

I am really stumped. The clutch pedal feels good, nice and still. I have adjusted the pedal height and free play as per the FSM. The slave moves the clutch arm for enough.

Here is a video of the salve cylinder moving the clutch arm.

Any help here would be great.

Thanks.

Disc wasn't installed backwards by any chance?

try pumping the brake pedal a couple of times and holding the brakes on firmly with your right foot. Depress the clutch pedal fully with your left foot. Put the transmission in 4th gear and engage the starter for about one second. If you're lucky the torque from the starter motor may break the flywheel free from the clutch disk

The disk is in there correct. I'm pritty sure you can't install our disks backwards anyhow.

I tried the 4th gear trick, no luck.

I think I will go ahead and install the old clutch and pressure plate.

I know it might be a dumb comment but did you put slave, then spacer or did you even added the spacer ?

I have tried using the spacer and not using the spacer. No difference

well I changed the clutch, TOB, pressure plate and re bench bled the master and re bled the system by gravity, with vaccume and by the pedal, same results :/

When the car was up in the air with no axles in the transmission it shifted very nice. As soon as it was back on the floor it had no gears again. I am going to head out to the tool store in a little while to make a reverse bleeding tool. I really dont think their is any air in the lines but this is worth a shot I guess.

I was also talking to a friend of mine that works at a transmission shop and he was stumped with the issue but threw out the idea that since the flywheel had been resurfaced two or three times that I may need to shim the flywheel out. I dont think this would actually help because the clutch will not move off of the flywheel.
