A 205/50 15 is a 23.1" diameter tyre.

Some examples:
195/55 15 is a 23.4"
205/60 15 is a 24.7"
205/45 16 is 23.3"
215/45 17 is 24.6"
205/40 17 is 23.5"

Anything over 24" is oversized for these cars isnt it, not to mention the extra tyre weight. I was just making a point that tyre size will also affect Speed/RPM.

Sorry yes I meant Nismo not N1.

A 5.167 Final Drive with 24.9" makes little sense: VERY VERY similar to a 4.785 with 205-50-15 tires. The only thing is you can 24.9" for the street and 23" for racing...

What's the rev limit in the video? Gears do not seem that quick.

I agree with you.

This is the reason I will be downsizing the tyre back to a more sensible 24" diameter (205/50/16) soon to gain some lost acceleration.

RPM limit is 8300. The Car is a full weight N15, with 8CW crank and stock DE Flywheel. Plus those oversized tyres.

Smaller tyres and lightweight flywheel are next mods!

I got a few clips driving the b13 with 5.1 fd

I like how it feels I was just testing it that day and getting the feel for it. Now im adding an mfactory lsd to it.

I will be testing an other 5.1 on my street b14 too.

Oh boy that is deft a good video to make up my mind, after seeing that im going to have to say 5.1 is deft getting order, after driving my friends 218hp VE with the final it made a bit of a difference but not a hell of a difference between the original 4.44 that was in it. Looks like the 5.1 is deft worth the cost of it compared to the 4.7 and since im throwing it on a De I need all the advantage I can get over these VE around my way
