Dude, i would go with the 20V setup, mostly because the 6 speed gearbox will help you have the benefits of the great gear ratios with a 6 speed that allows you to daily drive on highway without having to rev the engine too high to cruise.

I want to do that also but im still looking for information about this.

Yes you change change just one gear, but you still have to press the matching "set" onto its respective shaft

The spec-v guys have been known to swap out 6th gear from a Maxima

Ive asked that, because of 3-4-5th gears out of EVO MR 6-speed. It will be great for N/A. Would i need a main EVO shaft then too?

You have to keep the final ring gear paired with that mainshaft.. So to use just those gears they would have to fit onto the shafts already in the trans (they should since they are both RS6 gearboxes, but you never know)

you wouldnt need the shaft too if your keeping your same final drive. You just take the old gears off and press the new gears on. Simple as that. Yes its some work. You only need the correct main shaft if your switching final drives.

Buy The M-Factory 4.78FD factroy B13 Trans The 6spd swap will add weight to your car and you dont need the added strength of the 6spd trans
The FD will help to keep the revs on the powerband!!!!
