sr70510, I think the friction surface on your flywheel is removable and replaceable because I see hardware mounting it to the flywheel. I cant' say 100% for sure though. Someone more knowledgeable will have to chime in. It does look like a Fidanza flywheel, but again I'm not 100% sure.
(It is very strange that in your picture it looks like the whole flywheel (friction section plus the rest) has been resurfaced already. That is a bit odd that someone would do that to a flywheel with a removable friction surface.)

M0J0, The Fidanza Aluminum flywheel should be great for just about any kind of power and torque output from the slowest street car to the fastest race or drag car (within reason). I figure if you can find a clutch/PP that will bolt up to it and is rated for your goals, then you'll be fine.

looks like a fidanza to me. The friction surface is designed to be replaced not resurfaced. The p/n is on the back of the flywheel.

No issues with the fidanza flywheel and clutch combos. I have run everything from a stock style up to a unsprung race setup.

It's gonna get a SPEC (GSPEC that is :P) clutch .

just pulled that one off my ve car. Very nice clutch for a daily driver that will hold some power.

Actually, it's a Stage 3+ kit with a Super Clamp pressureplate, should hold up to a torque rating of about 442. (is that Nm or lbft?)

that would be lbft. that will be like the clutch that I have going back on to the car.

Thanks for the replies , The center section of my flywheel is replaceable. The issue i was having was identifying the make of the flywheel. The center section only has 8 allen type bolts holding it . All of the Fidanza flywheels i have seen have more than 8 and are phillips. I could be wrong. Thanks again for the help .

Yah the Stillen/AASCO/UR ones are the closest, but still not 100%. Good mystery.

yep the fidanza has 16 screws. I will see if I can dig up the other list from se-r.net.
