SO I went with the 6 speed flywheel from gspec and bought a '91-'98 KA clutch (FX500) from thmotorsports.com, but the pilot stubs on the flywheel do not match up with the pilot holes on the clutch - 2 of 3 match. Anyone else had this problem? I am not sure if it is the clutch or the actual flywheel.

@SE-Rawkus how far off is it? When I was testing out the GTiR PP on a S13/S14 flywheel it wouldn't align either, until I rotated it a few times and made sure to go through the 3 pegs at the same time without any tilting.

@Vadim I kept rotating the clutch around and got it to the point where it is off by approximately 1/16th of an inch. If I screw the clutch down, it should force it's way through the dowel.

I spoke to Greg V over the phone and he acknowledged that one of the dowels is slightly off. He said I should still be able to screw it down.

Ah gotcha, sounds similar to what I saw then too. I would just take a slightly bigger drill bit and drill it out. will make lifer easier when you try to replace the clutch next time.

I thought about doing that, however, considering the clutch is balanced, I do not want to throw the balance off on a part that sees 8k-9k RPMs. Although minimal, it is magnified at those levels.

Very true, what about drilling out all 3 then? :-D
