Anyone have pictures of where the subframe is notched?

Yeah. Before the info was posted about only the 2.5L hubs fitting the spec v axles I'd already bought some knuckles off of a 1.8L. Also, I'd already bought spec v wheels, and a set of brembos too. That was before you posted about DSS resplining our hubs. So, yes I'm going the whole 9 yards on this one.

I thought I did but I went through all my pictures from when I first did the swap and I couldn't find any. I notched way too much, mainly because I was using the stupid Altima trans bracket and it brought the diff down and had the motor at an angle that i didnt notice before i started notching. On the B13/B14 you should only need to remove the lip of the subframe. Might be better off just doing it as you go Manny.

Yeah I'm excited to get started. 6 days and counting. I'm sure I'll love it too. It's worth all of the gray hairs I've gained in the past few months of tracking down parts, lol.

Same here I also bought 1.8 knuckles before I found out about the hubs but I still may just do the dss hubs so I can use my nx brake upgrade it has worked flawlessly and I love the pedal feel. Plus over all cheaper.

If you don't have much invested already it'd be best to go with dss. My problem is that I have already bought spec v wheels, hubcentric spacers, new tires, and brembo calipers and rotors. I'm heavily vested in this already.

Yep, go DSS dude. Simple as that. Cheaper by far and better for your situation. For Tswii, yeah hes already too far in. lol

Yeap, just ordered new hubs, wheel bearings today. Hopefully get them tomorrow and I will contact dss and send them out this week to have them drilled and resplined I hope the turn around is going to be quick I want to get this done. I am having some problems getting the motor mount bracket from nissan its on backorder as well as the clutch master resovior. If it takes to long to get the bracket I will just make my own motor mount bracket. As for the resovior I may just use a honda one there is plenty of them in the junkyard so I know I can find one quickly.

Anyone interested in swapping a P12 20v bellhousing (i have this, complete in a 20v box) for a 04+ maxima gearset?

Catch is im in NewZealand, so postage each way would be at each others expense.
