I forgot to add that the driftworks S15 flywheel only weighs 15.6 lbs.

Why not just choose to grind he starter area instead of taking material off the pressure plate and flywheel. Doesnt look like its hitting anywhere else. Why take it off the flywheel clutch setup. Seems like it would be way less hassle to just grind away the material from the starter area and call it good.

That's possibly something that someone may try, but I don't want to cut a hole in my bellhousing. I could do that and weld a patch on the exterior of the starter area. I just didn't want to go that route if I can help it. I should be able to clear it with minimal machining and grinding together. Either way I'll post the results.

Yeah, Maybe just have the lip sticking out beyond the flywheel machined and then grind some on the bellhousing, shouldnt go all the way through just to clear the flywheel. Pretty sure the bellhousing is more than 2mm thick right there.

I was thinking the same thing earlier. If I'm going to just get the PP lip shaved back 3mm then I may well just have them take 2mm off the flywheel if it's not much more money, or troublesome.

True, let us know how it goes.

Will do. I just measured the thickness of the bellhousing where the flywheel hits. It's approx. 4-5mm.

Thank you for the updates guys. Ive added all the info along with the corrected information about the b15 hubs. You can only use the Spec V hubs.
