Sounds like they have brought on some people who lack "phone skills"

They use a sku number on 99% of the parts and if the part number is not used for X amount of time (I don't remember how long anymore) it drops out of the system. That does come from Nissan Motorsports and it is not an OEM part number. Who did you talk to? I will go up there and kick some ass for you. I am still pretty close to a few that work up there.
****ty attitude+not willing to help=no biz. The factory number may be an A2010-54C02

i spoke with Jake. and his manager Joe is the one who told me that he needed the part number.

is it not possible to find a part by it's name? or would it just take some sort of huge amount of effort?

as far as greg v.. i've used greg V for almost all the OEM stuff on my racecar and several things on the street car. however i tried to get ETA on the parts i needed and he never followed through. i attempted to contact him via AIM (not the most reliable method of contact) but i never received a response and even asked him to call me when he found out. it's been multiple days and still no answer. i am in no way bad talking greg. he's a personal friend and is an excellent business man. i just did not have the patience to wait for him because i need the parts ASAP. especially after being dicked around by other dealerships.

nissan motorsports part #'s will not come out on the system... and yes after a long period of time if a part # is not seached it will be deleted from the system automatically... and its

imo its hard to fine a part by its name... you would need a chassis to search for it first, then production date, engine size/options, then you can find it by the name. you have to address what vehicle you need the part for. and since its a jdm part you would need a jspec fast, not all dealerships have it....
