This is such a key point.
Mark allowed a subcontractor to speak to the client (and supposed friend) in that manner, and in writing (ffs).
The way Justin spoke to me would have escalated in person to a very ugly place for both parties.
It was despicable. Off the fucking charts unprofessional.
Mark did nothing. Not one gawd-damned thing.
Pouted, whined and had the audacity to scold me for being pissed and using "motherfucker." Which must have upset his delicate sensibilities. I do declare, no one would ever expect a (justifiably and righteously) mad Shawn to use such atrocious and ungentlemanly, uncouth language.
It's one of the key reasons I was done talking to Mark.

Rusty radiator mounts as observed in the pictures? Sand blasted and powder coated, what's $20 on a $9000 build. That's the kind of build I would have expected for that money, and what Marsh tuning should have expected Shawn to want.
Nice eyeball. I just noticed those yesterday while looking around the bay. However you win for being the first to mention them. I'da been happy with proper rust killing, primer and black Rustoleum, but I would have loved it if you powder coated them.
