Thread: Beware of 91sentragti-r aka Oscar Martinez

Mods please do not delete this. Since he posted the same thing about me, and is being dishonest, I should be able to post the same thing about him.

1) He will threaten you non-stop
2) Nothing is good enough for him
3) He is scam artist. Don't sell to him or when he receives it, he will:
a) Accuse you of ripping him of
b) Accuse you of selling him a defective item
c) Refuse your offer to refund his money when he sends you the item back
d) Use Paypal as a way to get his money refunded *AND* keep the item you sent him

This has been going on for some time, it's his way of scamming. He buys an item of a significant value (in my case a header for $350) then when receives it he complains and threatens to extort you for an arbitrary amount of money that he decides he wants back.

It's actually a clever scam, since he is the BUYER and not the seller as we are used to seeing. He also threatens/texts you everyday for weeks what he is "going to do to you". He is going to "ruin your life" - "ruin your reputation" etc. it never ends.

STAY VERY CLEAR OF this guy. You will regret selling anything to him. Thank you.

91sentragti-r made a shit-ton of accusations without proof too. What's good for the gander is good for the goose.

He actually provided pics of a destroyed box with a poorly packaged mangled header inside. There is that. All Jordan has done is attack sentragtir's character with no proof.

Also, your accusations make no sense. Considering he let you repost the header to be resold via his location for that asking price. What was he to gain from that? He still lost his shipping money.

Jordan put up pics of the header before it shipped which he said were sent to the buyer. The before and after pics look pretty much the same to me, no major differences.

Past behavior is a good indicator of future performance. This bodes well for Jordan, not so much for 91sentragti-r. Stay tuned.

"He said". This is not proof. Show me the email or text. This is the digital age, there is a paper trail. I know he didn't develop pictures and physically mail them. Post s screen cap of something, otherwise Jordan has nothing to stand on. Past behavior? So your telling me that someone that's pissed off that his header was damaged by the shipper, is an indication that what, he gives a fuck about his shit? Once again, all Jordan has done is say tgisndude is a scam artist, he is unstable, he threatened him.... But where is the proof.

I have the proof in the text messages. He threatened to "expose me" "ruin me" "show the world that scam artist I am" etc. from the beginning. I don't know why you seem to care so much since you have nothing to do with this situation

Then post a screen cap. My motives are my own. At the end of the day you owe this community proof to your claims. You have used this thread to bash another forum member with no proof. I am certain you have broken few forums rules in the process. You have admitted no fault even after gtir had posted proof of a damaged header due to poor shipping methods on your end.
