Both of you 2 stop acting like bitches and take care of it like men.

Thing to note, in the pictures Jordan has (whether he sent them to the OP before the transaction) those little dents are present, so they werent created during shipping. Its just a question of whether or not he actually showed him those pictures before shipping I think.

Jordan if you can prove you showed those pictures to the OP before the transaction, I suggest you prove that.

Yep, those dents are clearly present in the "before" pic. And again, if physical condition was so critical to the buyer he should have asked for pics and more detail before the purchase, not assume anything. Because of this (at least in my opinion) the header showing up "not to his liking" is not a legit complaint against the seller, he failed himself in that respect. The buyer admitting his responsibility, taking his lumps and paying return shipping for the refund that had been offered by the seller was/is completely reasonable and would have been the resolution. Unfortunately it looks as if that ship has sailed.

I love what this community represents as a whole...But I will say cheap cars = cheap people. I wouldn't suggest doing future business with either one of these divas. Acting like some 15 year old high school girls.

And Be more descriptive when you sell shit...

TL;DR.

OP thanks for bringing this to our attention, but you bought a used part on the forums. This has gone too far and will accomplish nothing. Leave your feedback as you see fit and we will make our own decisions about buying or selling to either of you.

All personal attacks and bullshit drama aside, the fault here lies with both Jordan and 91sentra.

Jordan, for not ensuring decent packaging as the shipper
91sentra, for buying a header with minimal information

There is definitely a lesson to be learned by both parties here. The problem is, interpretation and miscommunication completely fucked up this whole exchange, and nobody is willing (anymore) to make any sort of compromise. Now, I am biased on the side of Jordan, as I've bought several hundred dollars worth of wheels from him, all good deals. I've been very satisfied by my purchases from him, and he wouldn't strike me in anyway as being a scam artist. The fact of the matter is, he did not scam you on this deal.

My suggestion is that you both put all the petty drama bullshit aside and work out something. Walking away bitter after a sale is not the context you want to have.

- Jordan doesn't owe you for a header that you bought as is with minimal information, this was your choice 91sentra
- Jordan fucked up on the shipping part, there is no way around this

Now, with these two pieces of information, what could be a possible conclusion? In my opinion, a partial refund is the way to go. Until you both own up to your mistakes though, I'm afraid this won't happen. However, feel free to prove me wrong.

No one really knows what damage, if any, occurred in transit. Not the buyer, because he really doesn't know the condition it was in before it shipped. Seller no longer has it in hand so he can't compare it to how it looked before it left. It's clear that the dents on top pointed out by the buyer once received were there before it shipped, so that's not shipping damage. So what damage, if any, occurred from the lack of packing material?

I thought the two dents in the secondaries were the shipping damage. Looking back on the pictures now, they were pre-existent?

So yeah, where is the actual damage from the shipping?

Yup, if you look at the pic Jordan posted of it sitting on the floor by the garage door opening you can see them.

There's actually 2 small dents on the right side...
