Sorry bro, it's my opinion that you're out of line even posting this thread. You said that you assumed it was in good condition, you didn't ask about the condition it was in, then when it showed up NOT in the condition you THOUGHT it MIGHT or SHOULD be in you were disappointed. That's called buyers remorse, get over it.

That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard lol

Look like dings to me. If buckled there'd be distortion on the sides, and the box would most likely have much more damage. OP said it was usable, just not to his liking.

I would never run that header on my car, even if it was free. Clearly storm8800 was dishonest about the sale. Man up, pay up and be done with it.

@SE-RMonkey, Todd no disrespect but you are clearly defending your buddy Jordan and it's not helping the situation, opinionated or not. Let these two hash out their differences, the longer you keep adding to the discussion the longer this drags on. Let it be, man.

Thanks. The dumbest thing I ever heard was the expectation that a 4 year old exhaust manifold would show up in the condition that the buyer had in his head, without asking questions beforehand. And this is not the first time OP has had an experience like this.

That said, this is my last comment on the matter. I truly do hope the two can come to a reasonable compromise.

I would run that header all day long it doesn't look horrible but then again I am looking at all this on my cell phone the way the op was talking I was expecting this to be a lot worse lol. I have bought a lot of stuff online in my life either from forums ebay or big name stores and if you were not happy with something and wanted a refund you had to pay to ship it back I'll chime in some more when I take a look at these pics from a pc.

What could have possibly hit the inside tubing. Its not exposed to the box so how could some thing external strike it. Does not make sense dude. That header is fucked.

So what you're saying is that because it's 4 years old that justifies the condition that it's in? That's no excuse. Whether it's a month old or 10 years old, the header is damaged. End of story. Storm8800 needs to do something to resolve this.

the damage is bad, the crappy cell phone pictures I took show no justice... if you guys play close attention, you could clearly see that the Secondary runners are not round like they should, it's smashed /pinched from his tow truck experience... it also seems like he had previously Street Rashed/ bottom out the header from the car being too low and it caused it to break and made a big hole on the secondaries and Jordan had it Mickey MouseD by putting a flat piece of metal and welding over it... I could clearly see from inside the collector where it was damaged and then Mickey moused... I wouldn't run this header on my car as is, I would have to get it fixed..

to all the ones that are saying that I'm crying wolf and complaining for nothing, if you feel comfortable running this header then pay me 350 +shipping and it's all yours...

you guys can't dictate to me what to do with my car, and what part to run on it... if I don't like the part, then I don't like the part.. end of story...

Hmm what's this?? Sounds quite familiar of OP. Notice the person he's going after had the EXACT same issue and confirmed about how he was threatened by OP:

This response fits on both threads.

Buyer: The struts looked beat and they were on Progress springs (too low and too soft), and you still bought them? With no guarantee? Sounds like you took a big gamble there. Even if they were "good" when you bought them, they could have been a ticking time bomb anyway.

Seller: Quit making excuses. I sold a set of AGX's on Hyperco springs. I was unsure of the condition and even put that in my ad. A guy on the forum bought them, with no guarantee. When he got them he determined that he thought the fronts were blown. Through PM's I asked him what he wanted to do. He made an offer and I gave him more than what he was asking for back because I felt bad for inconveniencing him. Shit happens, man up. I'm broke as fuck but I wanted to do what I felt was right. You must feel some guilt, yes?
