B13De owes me for $85 bucks...
I'm not sure if this winner is trolling this forum, so I'm trying to be fair and say he's "likely a dirt bag", who appears to be a guy, who won't keep his word.
His email is [email]chadread27@yahoo.com[/email] and he was parting out a car when I ran into him on the "underscore". (We needed a new name for that site, so how's "_"?)
The guy treated me square and sent me some strut mounts Feb., and they arrived around the first of March, no problems.
When I asked for the lower rear hubs and braces from the same car, he quoted me a price, shipped with the hardware, which I asked be saved for the next order, the following month. Sounded really smooth. Boy was I happy to find such a great deal from a great seller, twice.
I ordered and paid for the rear hub conversion, for disk rears, on my Dragster / 4 door May 29, 2008.
I asked him to hold delivery, for a week after I paid him, as I was heading to a much needed vacation, overseas. Seemed like the thing to do, so he wouldn't sell them from under me.
The box should have been at the door within the following week, around April 10, or within a few days, for good measure. We spoke about this on the phone several times, just so everything was crystal clear.
I wanted to be cool, as he was saying he had health issues and was working a bunch of hours to make up for lost wages, when he was sick. I figured he was good for his word, as the first order was straight and I'm a man who's aware of a tough break, myself. No problem was what they said in Jamaica, so I was going with the flow.
And I waited.....................................................................................

He said he'd be glad to refund me over three weeks ago, responding to a "bad seller thread", on the "_"; so I figured he was going to pay me the same lifetime, maybe even the same day; as he wrote this response.
Boy was I wrong.
He has been found on the old site trolling a few days after he said he'd refund, but no refund to this day. No email, no phone call, (he has my cell number), and after emailing him now four times, (still hoping he had a brain-fart or found a new bride), but he's not being a good-old-boy, after all.
I'm dropping the hammer and starting to force Visa to strike his account, (or whoever "Loise Read" is), and deduct from his allowance for a while, I guess.
I sincerely hope anyone who knows CHAD READ, will call him and ask him to play nice and refund my payment, or I'll have no problem making Loise's credit card company force the point for me.
I really hate being so direct, after he sent me great parts the first time, but enough is enough. It's all in black and white, as he responded here:

Please do yourself a favor and do NOT FUND THIS GUY, or sell him parts or sign him up for membership here, until he answers the emails or calls with a hospital excuse, and my refund. There's no excuse for hiding if your broke and promised someone parts and spent the money.
