Wow this really sucks.

I've sold a ton of parts on the forums and the thought has never even crossed my mind to play around with anyone's money. I even get stressed out when ever I can't ship stuff out when it was promised to be shipped.

I hope this gets resolved for you man.

If someone could figure out what's going on that'd be good - Kiwi was importing that 92mm block for me to replace my busted one

Apparently not the first time around for Jer.

Also, he isn't faculty. Likely a student

Buyer beware Jer_760
The more I look at it the more I realise that I can kiss my parts goodbye.
Lowlife scumbag!
I have pride myself to honour a deal, no matter the circumstances, even when I was in hospital with emergency appendix removal, I made sure that goods that got sold got posted away.

I really didn't want my money back, more so the parts to honour on my promise to the guys who bought from me.

Just going back to my original post, I actually paid him $1300US and then he complained about the Paypal fees and demanded another $51US before he would freight the items.
I paid it without hesitation so he could get it out to me

Anyway just looked up the Paypal details and he used another paypal account for that, assuming that of his girlfriend by the name of Erin Elledge.

This was the last message from him to me:
Default Re: Re: Re: SR16VE Tranny
Hey bubba, I called another fedex warehouse that's about 45 minutes away from my house since the two locations closer to me wouldn't accept the tranny, and after I described the container to them they told me that they will definitely accept it and ship it out. They told me that they have heard from alot of people about other locations being insanely strict with heavy packages because they are too lazy and don't want to have to lift and move around really heavy packages a bunch. The guy said it's always with packages over 75 lbs. that people are coming to them with after their local warehouse rejects it. That's just complete bullshit, if they are able to ship it they should be required to accept it! I'm gonna call the main office and tell them whats goin on so hopefully they chew some people's asses about it and put a stop to it for other people in the future, but I'm glad that I have no more parts this heavy that I need to get rid of cause I'm not sure I would ever ship one again after dealing with this pain in the ass. I really appreciate you being cool with the amount of time this has taken and been understanding. If it had been one of those buyers that freaks out and gets pissy that it's taken a couple weeks then I prolly would have just refunded the money and had to deal with finding new buyers. But I'll be sending you those tracking numbers as soon as I drop them off at that warehouse. I will do my damnedest to get the out before I have to go out of town for a couple days next week, I just have to figure out a way to make room in my schedule for the 3 hour window to get there and back with all the construction they have on the highway getting there. But I'll make it work even if I have to skip one of my classes to do it and just find someone to get notes from afterward. I'll hollar at ya with those tracking numbers as soon as I get them out so you can let the guys I'm shipping to know when they will be scheduled to arrive. Thanks Gerry
