He does deserve a tracking number, but at what point and time does he have to cone at me like that. Dave I did eveything I said I would do. The only thing I did not do was respond to his email immediately when I got on the net. He is the one who is giving undertones that im doing shady stuff and maybe try to steal from him.

Some people have insecurities from being burnt. A lot of us on here would buy from you and other members and not even worry about the tracking number but others not so much.

I never denied we didn't talk on the phone. We did, you filled me in on all the details, but insisted I pay with gift. But that is not the problem at hand.

This was quickly turning into a witch hunt, and I didnt want to be at the center of it. I have dealt with a few of the people that have already posted here and everything went smoothly. I apologize it bothered you that I requested an update of the tracking number in a manner that is disrespectful. I admit that could have been dealt with in a better manner. And I do appreciate you being able to ship the pump out in a very timely manner. Every step of the way you have said exactly what you said you would. But, I do not know you. I do not care for trader ratings. Everyone runs into hard times and people do things that are unexpected of their character.

So what it boils down to it that I do not trust anyone, and there is no reason I should. I expect proper communication when making a business transaction. This is expected of every seller and business I have dealt with. I apologize if this is not to your liking.

Because you trust nobody is not his problem. It sounds more like a personal problem. Your personal problem should not be thrown onto other people. Lastly, because you need to get your car up and running by this weekend does not constitute an emergency on his part. He is doing you a favor. Next time, go order your part from Nissan and lets see you get your stuff by this weekend.

He offered to send the part out the next day. I didnt ask him. He didnt do me any favors, thats not how it works. I never asked him to act hastily on my part. I told him what I needed, he told me he can do it, for a price. These are not favors.

This isnt even a matter of my "personal problems" either. This is a matter of a dude getting upset because someone that just sent him $150 wants to know where his part is at.

Besides, do you send people money as a gift through paypal just hoping they do the right thing.

You guys are going off the premise that I should trust Miko because everyone else does.

I was nearly dicked over by one of the "trusted" people here too, so trusting Miko doesnt make any sense.

Looks like the main issue is that the seller didn't get this PM. It must not have gone through.

I'll humor you...

Why did he ask you to send it as a gift? (a) because he wanted to make sure he took away all avenues for you to recoup your cash should he have decided to screw you over? or (b) because he is trying to avoid paypal fees? 99% of the time, I tend to go with the latter...

You clearly knew why he asked you to send as a gift. You could have kindly declined the option and forward the cash as "goods and services" - just make sure you are not screwing him over with the paypal fees. But it seems option (b) was never a thought. It was option (a) all along which by default made him "shady."

The way I see it, this situation reminds me of...

You know, I came in here an outed myself because he misrepresented the whole situation and blew it way out of context. Of all places, this ended up in the feedback section, why? Because I wanted my tracking number?

The only time I insinuated that gifting paypal was shady, was after the fact when him and I were having pm's back and fourth. I never stated it openly and never would have done it publicly if it were not for the post he made.

I've put forth the information needed to prove that Miko entered this with malcontent. Nearly everything he has said aside from that he sent the package, was wrong. My screen caps prove so. He says he pm'd me, he may have, he may not have. One thing is certain, he cannot prove it.

So I ask you, who is in the wrong here? The person who is short fused and quick to provide misinformation in order to sway people in his favor, or the individual that was only looking for clear communication.

SE-rawkus, you can see all the info is layed out here, no need to use conjecture and try to humiliate anyone.

Further more, using your own logic, Miko could have just as easily pm'd me the tracking number when he said that he sent me a pm confirming the package was shipped.

This was a personal matter, Miko made it public.
