My Impatience With People !!!!!!!!!!!
My impatience with people who feel that I am obligated to them.

So a customer who will remain unnamed bought a VE Oil Pump from me at on July 31st. Paypal date and time below taken from the paypal site.

Date: Jul 31, 2013

Time: 18:59:48 PD

I promised him that I would ship it out today Aug 1st, which I did and sent him a PM from my cell phone that it was shipped out via USPS priority mail.

Sometime later this afternoon he sent me a PM requesting a tracking number. I have just been busy doing my thing and later got on the net and at about 1040 PM I get a PM from him below.

"Dude, your going to post on your for sale thread, but can't give me a tracking number? What's the deal?"

So I " Andreas Miko " sent him back a PM Below.

Dude would you take it easy. You must have delt with a lot of dishonest people in your life. It was shipped out today. I will go out to the car and get it.

So at 10:45 PM I have to get out of bed put on some clothes and go to my truck to get this tracking number which he is giving undertones that I don't have.

So my question here is

1. Why would he think that I would lie?
2. I shipped out as said but I am sure 1-3 days is fare shipping time to get something out. Damn I shipped out in less than a 24 hours period.
3. At what point and time do I have to respond immediately to a PM? Shi,t I cant go on the net and do my things first without being stalked.

He got his tracking number.

Sounds like a typical, inpatient person to me.

But I am a newbie.

You are not supposed to have a life outside the forum...whats wrong with you??
Obviously this buyer did not look at your feedback to see you are a trusted seller here.
Unfortunately,I have had to make a list of members who I WILL NOT DEAL WITH ever again, based on prior experiences....some have screwed me over, others are just not worth dealing with because they are a pain in the ass..
Anyone who has dealt with me knows I am honest, and expect to be treated the same.If not,I just move on.
MOST members here are pretty cool, but there are some real buttholes, too.

X2 on the last sentence.
Lots of good guys here, some aholes mixed in. I only with a few people and try to deal with locals and even then, there's still some shitty non forum locals.
Miko I agree about some people being impatient, and some are not worth the hassle.

My Impatience With People !!!!!!!!!!!
I will go ahead and jump in on this. First off, I have only ever dealt with miko once before, and didn't have a problem. I went to him looking for an oil pump, my only other line on a pump would have been shipped out Saturday. But I have to have my car back up this weekend, I emphasized to miko that I need rush delivery on this. That is why my initial request was for over night, but he suggested 2 day as shipments from Florida tend to be pretty quick. No problem. Then he requests that I send him the money as a gift. That's a red flag, sorry dude. He tells me it will be sent out first thing in the am, cool. Later that day I contact him asking for a tracking number, as I always whenever I buy from the classifieds. This allows me to verify that the sender did indeed stick to their word and they are shipping to the correct address.

Four hours later, I find he's been posting on his other for sale threads. Wait, what about my tracking number I asked for 4 hours earlier. He then claims that he sent me a pm saying it was shipped, nope that's a lie. Then he told me that if I simply just pmd him asking for a tracking number, he would have gotten it to me. I did that 4 hours before he started bumping his for sale threads.

I understand people are busy, I really didn't know it was too much to ask for a follow up on shipping an item.

Now you are full of it. Your package was sent out as promised. You got your tracking number after insinuating that I did not ship out your parts while saying that I am doing shady dealing.

1. I did send a PM that it was shipped.

2. I gave you the option to send the money as a gift or $5 extra with the paypal fee. You chose to send it as a gift, you could have paid the xtra $5 to send it regular insurance. You did not want to pay the paypal fee. Now you want to call me shady. Who's judging who.

3. You have also sent me a PM that you don't give a damn about any trader rating. You would think that would mean something.

I kept your name out of the thread but................

Lastly thanks for responding to this thread so that everyone knows who you are now.

1.

Here you can see no messages received from Miko as you stated.

2. You did not offer that option, you said that you wanted the money sent as a gift to avoid paypal fees, you mentioned nothing about the fee. I brought up the fee in the pm I sent you confirming I did my part.
Pm from me to miko confirming that I had to find out that I had to pay a fee to send as a gift. Also take a look at where he says to send the money as a gift:

Im throwing this one in also. I never insinuated that my pump was never shipped. I just needed to know that everything was going as planned and I would not have any delays. Like I explained to Miko, I have to get my car up this weekend.

3. Dont misconstrue what I said in that pm

Take it for what it is worth people, I find it reasonable to expect a a tracking number when I send my money to someone I have never met.

I don't think there's anything wrong with wanting a tracking number right after an item is shipped. Don't you normally want to get paid before you ship an item or do you look at someone's feedback and say... "he's good for it. He will pay me". I think we're making something out of nothing BTW
