Not taking sides here, but something that I had rebuilt and then had not used would be considered freshly rebuilt to me. Even if it sat up for a period of time.

I am truly sorry you are having such trouble. I have had several transactions with Jeremy and never had any issues.

No.. That wasn't the case. They were seized the fuck up. I mean like mother of God everything you could do to move these things and when we did get them to move there was a ton of grit/grime/semen/dirt in the threads. They had definitely not been disassembled within the last couple years i'd say. And truth be told, the outside appearances are still good. The anodizing is in fine shape. Only thing really "wrong" now is the lock collars being roughed up from trying to free these bastards. And like I stated, one of them never did break loose so we had to set it up with the front end completely slammed (the way had had them on his car originally).

Really? Would you appreciate if Subway freshly built your sandwich 3 weeks ago?

And you're also missing the fact that these had never been taken apart. I learned after the fact that you have to take them out of the mounting perches to rebuild them. These had never had that done.

I'm just as much of a suspension illiterate as you are here, and be honest there is a big difference in car parts rebuilt vs food. Car parts can sit on a shelf after manufacture for years, but they are still new when you buy them. That was more of the point I was trying to make. New and unused is still new.

What's funny about that picture is how clean the shaft on the rears is. If you look at the rears now (after a lap around the track) they are covered in oil/grease/shitthatleaksoutofblownshocks.

Well what I do know about is engines. And an engine that was rebuilt a year ago and never fired and just sat there is not freshly rebuilt anymore.

In the future please don't wait so long and the community will assist you. I have contacted him again telling him that this is here so he has no excuse to say he is not aware now.

Please forward PMs that you sent him to me. (I am moderator here and jer_760 is local to me) I will try to get to the bottom of this (no shock pun intended, but if it makes you giggle then you can).

You know... This has been eating at me since posted.

I was trying to be a nice guy on this deal. That's why I kept telling him that I would resolve it out of the public eye. I thought it would be the kind or nice thing to do. I stand by my decision to give him a chance to make it right before going public. I posted threads, sent PM's and text messages saying I would keep it out of public if he would man up and give me a refund. I even offered to eat the shipping costs to get them back to him. Nothing. Crickets. No reply. No text. No phonecall. No PM. No reply to thread. NOTHING.

I still dont understand why you used them? if this was a company that sold these used and you installed them and ran them, there would be no way i could take your word for it that they were not good to begin with. It's your word against the Sellers. The company doesn't care how credible your friends are, you don't have any evidence to show us here that they were shot before you used them. Even if now you posted pics we csnt believe you after the fact. You may have made some costly mistakes on your end that do not help your situation only hinder it. I dont see this going anywhere. Sell them as blown or get them rebuilt either one is better then keeping this going on and on while getting nowhere. Nates been asking for facts amd evidence on your lart amd there is 4 entire weeks of them in your possession. Explain that better then you have. No one said 4 months.... 4 weeks is a long time to know about the condition and still install amd race with them despite your degree amd your buddies infinite racing experience. Blows my mind.
