Buyer beware of eBay vendor 'StreetRays'...
Mods, feel free to move this. I figure this is the appropriate section.

Long story short, two of my Manley rods that I bought from them were defective. I have been trying to get a hold of them through multiple e-mails for the past couple days to see if I can resolve this issue. No response at all. Found a phone number and it just rings with no answer machine or answer at all.

Spoke to the guys at Manley and told them the story so gotta ship them to Manley direct. Hopefully this issue can be resolved.

Figured I give you guys a heads up. I don't blame them for the rods being defective. The customer service sucks donkey balls. If I was a real asshole I would love to return these individually through each of their store windows. So yeah, I am now beat for $330.00.

They come pre-torqued. These felt like they were binded into the rod. They wouldn't break free even with a 1/2" breaker bar. Didn't wanna cause any other issues so called Manley. Mailing them out tomorrow and I hope they at least send me some replacements.

Give me whatever info you have about them. I can probably find the addresses and phone numbers of the employees.

I bought from them years ago, they made n error and sent me someone else's order. Valued twice of what I ordered(springs), I tried contacting them but eventually got through with paypal. They sent my wastegate and told me to keep the parts. PITA to get in contact with.

I'll see whats up Dino.

I know bro. Still no e-mail from them. Its a damn shame. Last time I will do business with them. I wish I checked them when I got them. I just opened the box, saw they were all bnib, and threw them in the corner till my pistons came. This was about 50 days ago since I purchased them and ebay buyer protection is good for 45 days. Also sucks cause I left them positive feedback thinking they were good and can't change it now. I doubt I could file a claim with paypal either.

I would send all 4 rods. Who knows what else happened while Streetrays had them in inventory?

They came packaged perfect. I believe it was an issue from the Manley warehouse. Our machine shop guy said he has had 4 different sets throughout the past year that did this. Going to send them to Manley and hoping they can be replaced with perfect units so the build can get back on track.

Left a follow up feedback under my positive feedback. Going to try and contact eBay as well to switch my positive to a negative.

all negative feedback gets removed by ebay, also when you leave negative feedback ebay will msg you to change it...sometimes you can't even leave negative feedback or you click negative and when you finish and post, it changes on its own
