Didn't ring today, just goes straight to the message about your voicemail not being setup then ends the call.

somebody seems to be living in the 90s. theres a text feature on your phone. use it. im busy and this is really starting to piss me off. I dont have voicemail for a reason. and when you call during work business hours when i work in a freaking shop, under cars, all day long, yes, your right, im not going to answer.

Almost 30 days between his message and yours. If I was you I would pick up the freaking phone. He's probably harassing you because he doesn't hear from you for 30 days at a time. Not to mention what's so different between him PMing you and you texting. You still may not answer his text. Takes longer to text someone then to answer the freaking phone. Every heard of SPEAKER phone, most phones come with them now. I suggest you look that feature up.

your an idiot. he has my number. if he cant contact me through such a simple means, then i dont have any reason to concern myself with it. again....idiot. im a mechanic. im under cars all days. im not TOUCHING my phone while on a car. and i CERTAINLY dont have time to chat, or dig through the 100 some voicemails i would have a day if i accepted them. If my customers saw me talking on a phone, theyd flip out. Do you even have a job? But no, harrasment or not, hes breaking forum RULES by posting bullshit in my forsale threads. Its clearly posted that that is a violation, and his constant disrispectful attitude has made me completly numb to his situation. why im explaining this to you as you have NOTHING to do with any of it is beyond me, but whatever. could have easily been delt with, hes made his own problems, as i have told him MULTIPLE times id be happy to refund him. tired of people bitching on this forum, but doing NOTHING on their side to resolve the issue.

and to make it clear, i HAD taken ashtons word on the trans not being compatable due to the housing being completley diffrent. I had written it off, and was trading selling for whatever someone wanted it for, asuming THEY knew what it was and what they were planning to do. QUITE clear in the for sale post. This Guy told me it would work for him, and even after i asked him to MAKE SURE multiple times, he just bought it. Had he run the vin number, he would have discovered it was NOT what he wanted. It Came out of a 05 maxima as far as i remember, and i DI drive the car, and it DID have what seemed to be a working lsd. The problem I have is that, again, someone bought something off this forum without doing ANY research, to modify at their discretion, and then discovered it wasnt what they needed, and the seller was therfore a cheat because of this. I sold the trans as a maxima trans. Apparantly i was wrong. That doesnt change the fact i went way out of my way for this guy, driving nearly 2 hours to meet him to save him shipping and he only did the research AFTER the fact. while im not denying i apparantly did have an altima trans, he has been completlety unprofessional in attempting to remedy this, by continually getting on a forum i hardly ever use anymore to complain about not getting what he wants INSTEAD of contacting me. No real effort has been made hes called me MAYBE 4 times, and i think i did try returning one of his calls the next day....he did not answer. i even think i texted him. again, at this point i really dont care. ive tried. balls in his court. he can bitch, or come and get his money.....makes no difference to me.

yup, just checked. i did send him a polite text explaining i had been asleep, and unable to respond to his late night call, couldnt meet him, but if he came to me id give him the money, all 175 bucks. plain and simple, right there in my phone. I think i sent that text because when i CALLED him i got no answer either, while i cant PROOVE that, im pretty sure thats why i texted him. Thats usually what i do when i have something important to say to someone...so i moved on with my life. pretty cut and dry. again, there are people here who have done business with me, and know how i am. if you dont make an effort, im sure as hell not going to.

You have the time to get on a keyboard and type away a long winded response that blames others and not yourself as the reason this was sold, but you don't have the time to call someone.

I do work and I'm not the one that has the negative feedback here. You are. I don't have to explain why I sold somebody something that was falsly advertised. Oh that must be ashton's fault as well. Everything is everyone else's fault.

Ashtons fault? hell no. how could it be? he gave me and OTHERS valuable info in the for sale thread. it was made quiet clear trans would not work, maxima, OR altima. I ACCEPTED this, and stopped actively trying to sell it. This guy contacted me, made a big fuss about wanting it, and as i had at that point been made aware it was NOT what i thought it was, made it clear to the BUYER that he needed to do everything he needed to do to confirm it woul work for him. This was to avoid me having to DEAL with this kind of shit. BUT as always happens, on THIS forum in particular, there are DOZENS of threads ive seen referring to it, the BUYER does not get the info PRIOR to the sale,to the research THEY need, BUYS impulsively, and then blames the seller. All i did was pull the trans, list it, and sell it. Im sick of the bs involved, regret going out of my way for a forum member, AGAIN, tired of people thinking i should jump through hoops for them, and honestly, dont give a flying fuck. If you want a refund, bring me the damn trans back and ill give you your money. Pretty simple. cant do that, call me/text me to make arrangements on YOUR schedule, as MINE is full, dont be surprised when nothing happens. ive told him what to do, given him all the info, and he just sits infront of a computer fussing about a problem he wont try and resolve. I honestly do not care. if he wants to resolve it, he needs to resolve it through traditional channels. bitching about it on a public forum and in my for sale threads illiminates completley any motivation i had to help him. period.

I was buying the "05 maxima lsd trans" for the internals not the case, I could care less if the case was compatible. I have a P12 trans, The internals the the LSD are what i wanted. Also for your comment in your PM, there is no picture of the VIN plate in your fs ad. But yet you say you posted it.


Also, i dont have a texting plan or a cell phone. So that is they ive tried to get ahold of you on here, or on your phone...
